Online Reviews for Entrepreneurs

More reviews, in your customers' own words, so buyers and AI assistants trust your business.

Your customers already did the research

Before someone buys from a business they haven't used, they read what other customers said. Now AI assistants do the same thing on their behalf: when a buyer asks ChatGPT which company to use, the assistant leans on what customers have written about you.

Krista has more than 3,645 five-star reviews of her own and teaches the same three rules to every student. Get a lot of reviews. Keep getting new ones, because Google and AI favor reviews that are recent. And answer them. A burst of reviews followed by a year of silence tells the next buyer, and the next algorithm, that the business may not be busy anymore.

The words inside the review matter

A row of five-star reviews that each say "great service" is better than nothing. A review that names the product, the problem it solved and why the customer would buy again is far more useful, because it contains the words the next buyer types into Google, Maps or an AI assistant. When the words in your reviews match the words on your website and your social profiles, you are easier to recommend.

Customers rarely write that review on their own. They are busy and happy and type two words. Krista's approach is not to write reviews for them. It is to ask them better questions, so their real experience comes out in their own words.

How the KMC Review Generator works

Krista's team built the KMC Review Generator in-house and gives it to students. It replaced a review service Krista used to pay for every month, and it works for any kind of business. The team set it up live at the Build Your AI Dream Team event for a made-up pizzeria, from scratch, in a few minutes.

  1. Add your business. Upload your logo, choose a look, and get a custom review link. Add every site you want reviews on, such as Google, Facebook or Yelp, or any site that matters in your niche by name and link. One account can hold more than one business.
  2. Do a short interview. Talk or type about what you sell, who your best customers are and what makes you different. The app turns it into the questions your customers will be asked.
  3. Your customer answers a few taps. How was it, what did they like most. The app drafts a review from their answers, in their words, in a short and a long version.
  4. They post it. One tap copies it and opens the review site. The customer pastes it, chooses the stars and posts it under their own name.

Two tools, one system

The KMC Review Generator is half of the system. The other half lives in the Mashore Method CRM & Automation, and Krista described them working as one: "we have it attached to our Mashore method." Her summary of the result: "all that is automatic."

  • It asks for you. When a sale is delivered or a project is finished, the Mashore Method sends the review request by text or email, with your KMC Review Generator link in it. A QR code on your counter, packaging or receipt does the same for anyone in front of you.
  • It collects every review in one place. Connect your Google Business Profile and Facebook page, plus other review sites that matter to you, and every new review lands in one place. You are notified when one comes in.
  • It helps you answer. You reply from the same place, and AI can draft each reply in your tone. You can edit the reply before it goes out, or let the routine ones post on their own.
  • It shows them off. A reviews widget puts your best reviews on your website and keeps them current, so buyers see proof without leaving the page.
  • It shows you the pattern. Review reports show how many reviews are coming in, how they trend, and what buyers say most.

The CRM makes sure the asking, collecting and answering happen. The KMC Review Generator makes each review worth having, in the customer's own words. Together they keep fresh reviews coming in without you remembering to ask. See how the Mashore Method CRM & Automation works.

When a customer is unhappy

Every business has a bad day. The phone rang out, an order was late, a shipment arrived damaged. When a customer's answers show they are unhappy, the app does not write a review for them. They can still post one anywhere they choose. The app asks what happened and whether they would like to hear from you, then emails you an alert immediately.

Now you have a chance to apologize, fix it and maybe offer something to make it right, while the customer is still deciding how they feel. Some people just want to be heard. A customer you win back costs far less than a new one you have to find through ads.

A feedback loop, not just a star count

Every review lands in the app's analytics, with what went well and what needs attention. You can export the feedback and hand it to BOSS, and your AI team can tell you what customers love, what keeps coming up and what to fix first. That turns reviews into product and service research you didn't have to pay for.

You can also answer reviews from the app, and Krista teaches answering every one with a real, specific reply, because it shows Google and future customers that a real person runs the business. On a website built with Krista's team, reviews can appear on the site automatically, so visitors see proof without leaving the page.

Make asking automatic

Most businesses don't lack happy customers. They lack a habit of asking. With the Mashore Method CRM & Automation, the review request goes out after a sale, delivery or finished project, at the right moment, and you are notified when a new review arrives. Nobody has to remember on a busy Friday.

Reviews then feed the rest of your marketing. They make your website more convincing, they give your AI team real customer language for ads and emails, and they add to the signals that help you get recommended by AI.

Online reviews by business type

Small business owners win the comparison with the shop down the street. Solopreneurs make one person look like the safe choice. E-commerce brands sell with reviews that name the product. Agency owners show results a pitch deck can't, and startup founders earn the trust a young company can't buy.

Start with what you have

Start with the basics Krista calls non-negotiable: a Google Business Profile. Without one, she says, you are close to invisible to Google and to AI. Then search your business on Google Maps and read your last ten reviews like a stranger would. How recent are they? Do they say what you sell? Did you reply? Then book a call, and the team will show you how the KMC Review Generator, your website and BOSS work together, or start free with Operate Like a Boss.

Frequently asked questions

Is it okay to help customers write reviews?

The app doesn't make up reviews. Each one comes from a real customer's answers about their real experience, and the customer reads it, can edit it, and posts it themselves under their own name.

What if a customer is unhappy?

The app won't write a review for them, and they can still post one wherever they like. It asks what went wrong and whether they want to be contacted, and alerts you by email right away.

Does it only work for Google?

No. Add any review site that matters for your business, such as Facebook or Yelp, or any other site by name and link.

Can I use it for more than one business?

Yes. One account can hold several businesses, each with its own link, logo and interview.

How do I get it?

The KMC Review Generator is for Krista's students. Book a call and the team will show you how it fits with BOSS and your website.
