I don't need to hire a team. I need an AI team.
Most growing businesses hit the same wall: there's more work than one owner can do, and not enough revenue yet to hire for all of it. You can feel it in the calendar. Launch copy waits, quotes go out late, the newsletter slips, and the follow-up you meant to send on Tuesday is still in your head on Friday.
Krista puts it plainly: "Most of us couldn't afford even one of them. So we became all of them ourselves." The marketer, the salesperson, the follow-up person and the admin, all in one tired owner.
BOSS (Build, Operate, Systems, Scale) is Krista's answer to that wall. It is an operating system built on top of AI, with 125 AI team members, each trained for one job, organized under an AI CEO, COO and 16 managers. Think of it as the staff you would hire if cash flow allowed, except it starts the same day.
How a job moves through BOSS
- You give it one instruction in plain words, such as "write a launch sequence for the new product."
- It checks your business brain: your brand voice, your customers, your offers and how you sell.
- It routes the job to the right specialist, who does the work.
- A manager reviews it, and the system checks its own work against the house rules.
- A draft lands in front of you. You edit, approve and send.
- Correct it once and it remembers, so the same mistake doesn't come back.
That last step matters most for a small team. The system gets more like your company every week instead of staying generic.
A skill, a team member, a team
Krista explains what BOSS is in three steps. First, "A skill is a set of instructions for doing one thing". Writing a client profile is a skill. So is a video sales script, or editing a video.
Second, a skill plus your business brain becomes an AI team member. "Same skill, plus your context added to that skill makes your output and what you get from that AI team member more relevant to you and work more efficiently for you."
Third, team members that hand work to each other become a team. A client profile feeds the offer, the offer feeds the lead magnet, the lead magnet feeds the pages and the emails. "Each role builds on the previous work that's being done, plus they share the business context about the business in every phase of the build." Add your calendar and email, and a morning and evening brief, and it starts to work like a partner.
That is the difference between BOSS and a chat window. "Everyone has the same AI, but they don't have what I've built on top of the AI". And it is not the real estate version renamed: Krista has one system for agents and lenders, and "one specific system that is built for people like me, coaches, consultants, business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs."
Every phase used to take a staff. Here's who does it now.
- Marketing output: product and landing page copy, launch emails, social posts, and articles built to be recommended by AI
- Pipeline: lead magnets, quizzes, webinars and funnels that bring customers in
- Follow-up: every lead, quote and past customer kept warm through the Mashore Method CRM & Automation, included
- Sales support: proposals, pitch outlines and post-call recaps drafted for you
- Operations: a morning brief, an inbox that's already sorted, and a list of what slipped
An agency owner uses it to keep proposals and client updates moving. An e-commerce founder uses it for launch copy and repeat-customer follow-up. A solopreneur uses it to stay visible without living on social media. Same system, your words.
What you get
- 125 AI team members, led by 16 managers
- The Mashore Method CRM & Automation
- A live installation workshop, weekly coaching calls, and office hours
- 19 house rules: it never sends, posts, or deletes for you, never makes up a number, and checks its own work
Choose BOSS on its own, or BOSS with the website, a site engineered so Google and AI assistants can find and recommend your business, with every form feeding your CRM. You own your brain, your files and your site either way.
More than an AI team
Krista put it plainly at her Build Your AI Dream Team event: "Also, Boss replaces so many tools." Her method is to list every subscription she pays for and ask whether BOSS can build it instead. That is how the KMC Review Generator happened: she was paying every month for a review service, built her own with BOSS, and now gives it to her students. Around the AI team, you get:
- The KMC Review Generator, which helps happy customers say what they liked in their own words and sends an unhappy customer's feedback straight to you, while the Mashore Method CRM sends the review requests for you (how the review system works)
- Your website, if you choose BOSS with the website, built so Google and AI assistants can read it and recommend you
- Social media tools: a dashboard that shows what is working across your platforms, and skills that draft carousels and captions for your approval
- BOSS Clips, which turns one long video into short captioned clips
- Book and article skills, so you can publish the content that makes you the authority
- The KMC Website Ranker, which grades any site the way Google and AI assistants read it and lists the fixes (try it free)
- The Mashore Method CRM & Automation, or connect the CRM you already use
Every piece connects to the same business brain, so the review requests, the posts and the follow-up all sound like your business.
Why the house rules matter to an owner
People direct the business. AI handles more of the repeated work. You are the one whose name is on everything, so the rules are built around protecting it. BOSS gives you drafts, never finished sends. It does not invent a statistic to make a sentence sound stronger, and it checks its own work before you see it. If you have ever pasted something from a generic chatbot and found a made-up number three paragraphs in, you already know why that rule exists.
Your brand stays yours too. The system works from your voice rules and your stories on every draft, so a customer reading your email hears you, not a template.
The playbook behind it
Krista grew her own company past $82 million in online sales in eight years, all through digital marketing, with 27 months over $1 million in sales. She is a top 1% coach and the author of eight books, including Amazon category bestsellers. BOSS packages the systems that did it into something you run in plain words.
She also lived the owner's problem. Before coaching, she sold more than 2,350 homes in her own real estate career, running the marketing, the follow-up and the closing herself. She learned the hard way that a business which depends on one exhausted person is a job, not a business. BOSS is how she built the support she wished she'd had.
Who BOSS fits, and who it doesn't
BOSS fits an owner who already has an offer and wants more output without more payroll: a service business with a thin pipeline, an e-commerce brand that needs a steady rhythm of launches, an agency owner buried in proposals, a founder who needs traction and has no marketing team yet.
It does not fit someone who wants to hand everything off and never look at it. You approve what goes out, and you bring the judgment. If you're willing to build alongside the live workshop and calls, it works. If you want a magic button, it won't.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from using ChatGPT myself?
Same AI underneath, very different result. BOSS adds your business brain, 125 trained specialists, 19 house rules, self-checking and Krista's frameworks, so you're not starting from a blank prompt every time.
Can it match my brand voice?
Yes. It works from your brand voice rules and stories on every draft, and each correction you make becomes a permanent rule.
Does anything go out without my approval?
No. Every email, post and message comes to you as a draft first. It never sends, posts or deletes for you.
Do I need a separate CRM?
No. The Mashore Method CRM & Automation comes with BOSS, whether or not you add the website.
I'm not techy. Can I run this?
Yes. Krista's line is that if you can send an email and scroll Facebook, you are techy enough. You give instructions in plain words, and the live installation workshop, weekly coaching calls and office hours help you get set up. You don't have a tech problem. You have a system problem, and a system is something you follow.
Should I take BOSS on its own or with the website?
If you already have a site you love, BOSS on its own gives you the team and the CRM. If you want a site built so Google and AI assistants can find and recommend you, with every form feeding your CRM, choose BOSS with the website. The team can help you decide on a call.
I run more than one business. Does one BOSS cover them all?
Each business gets its own BOSS and its own website, because each one needs its own brain: its own customers, offers and voice. Talk to the team on a call about adding a second business.
Be known before you're needed.
