BOSS Website
Your website is not a brochure
It answers a client's question before they call you. The BOSS Website is the site that comes with BOSS. You own it, it answers customers from one knowledge base built from your own words, and it's made so Google and AI can understand exactly what you sell and who it's for.
The problem
AI doesn't search. It selects.
- 01
A buyer asks ChatGPT which company to use for exactly what you sell. It names one business. Your site has to answer that question in plain words. If it doesn't, AI sends them to someone whose site does.
- 02
A prospect has a question late at night. You're asleep, or you're doing the actual work, and by morning she has bought from someone who answered.
- 03
Your site lives in somebody else's account. If they quit answering, your website disappears, along with every page you wrote.
The 5-Point Website Check
Krista's 5-Point Website Check, built into every page.
Krista teaches business owners to run five checks on their own site. On the BOSS Website, every one of these is built in. You never touch it. Claude interviews you about your business, your customers, your offer and how you talk, then builds the site from what you say. It never invents a detail. If it doesn't know something, that spot stays blank, and the site can't launch until you've answered it.
A chat that only knows your business
Visitors get answers from your own content, any hour, and a clear path to your contact page when they're ready to talk or when it doesn't know.
A page for every customer you serve
Each kind of customer gets a page written for them, and each topic you know gets one too, so the person searching for exactly your answer lands on it.
A page for every offer
Your products, services and packages each get their own page, with the button that sells them pointing straight to your checkout or your booking link.
A new article, every day if you want it
It can research, write, fact-check and publish an answer-first article in your voice on a schedule, refuse anything it can't source, and check the live page afterwards. It runs on your own AI key.
Your business facts, written the way machines read them
Structured data on every page, a sitemap and share images, so search engines and AI assistants can read who you are, what you offer and who you serve, without guessing.
One page any AI tool can read
Everything the site knows is gathered on one plain page written for machines and rebuilt on every update, so a CRM knowledge base or an AI tool learns your business in one read.
You stop guessing
Optional tracking and a weekly report show what's bringing people in and what to change next. It stays off until you turn it on.
Free guides and funnels on your own domain
Lead magnet pages and funnels that live on your site and feed your CRM, so the people who want your free guide become names in your pipeline, not someone else's.
No lead slips through
Every form goes into the Mashore Method CRM & Automation. If the CRM isn't connected, leads come to your inbox by email. If saving ever fails, the visitor is told, so nobody thinks they reached you when they didn't.
Book a call goes to your calendar
Every "Book a call" on the site opens your own calendar, so a ready buyer picks a time instead of filling out a form and waiting.
You own every piece
Your files in your own GitHub account, the site on your own hosting account, your own domain. You pay those directly, with no markup. Stop working with us and it keeps running.
Change it anytime
Your name is on the hosting and you hold the login. You can change, download or move anything on your site without waiting on anyone else.
Nothing goes live half-done
A launch check holds the site while anything is unfinished, while two pages read too much alike, or until a person signs off. It checks your internal links and your brand voice too.
Graded by the KMC Website Ranker
The KMC Website Ranker built into BOSS grades your site the way Google and AI assistants read it: Google's phone test, structured data, broken links and the rules for your kind of business. Run it whenever you like, and your AI team works through what it finds.
Updates arrive on their own
Engine updates reach your site without a rebuild, and your knowledge base is rebuilt every time the site changes, so nothing on it goes stale.
It sounds like you, on any phone
A voice file keeps every new page in your words, and every page is tested in a real browser for phone layout, contrast, tap targets and no sideways scrolling.
Customer stories, with permission
A success story only appears after the customer has approved it and the permission is recorded, so every word of proof on your site is one you can stand behind.
One brain, every channel
Your website becomes your knowledge base.
Everything your site knows is gathered into one knowledge base. That one source answers in the chat on your site, briefs the AI phone assistant that answers your inbound calls, and gives any CRM or AI tool a single place to learn your business. Explain your business once. It answers everywhere.
- Your business
- What you offer
- Who it's for
- Your team
- Every page you publish
- Your articles
- Your free guides
One knowledge base
Rebuilt every time your site updates
The chat on your site
Answers visitors from your own content only, day or night, and points them to your contact page when it doesn't know. Limits are built in, so it can't run up a bill.
Your inbound calls
Switch on the AI phone assistant in the Mashore Method CRM & Automation and it answers from the same knowledge base. A caller asking what you sell, who it's for or how to start gets a real answer while you're busy running the business.
Any CRM or AI tool
One plain page gathers everything the site knows, written for machines to read and rebuilt on every update. Point a CRM knowledge base or any AI tool at it, and it learns your business in one read.
Google and AI assistants
Every page carries structured data, so when someone asks what to buy or who to use in your space, there's a clear, current answer with your name on it.
It never guesses
Anything you haven't answered yet is left out, so nobody reading from it, a chat, a phone assistant or a CRM, ever repeats a guess as a fact.
It never drifts
The knowledge base is rebuilt from your site every time the site updates, so your chat, your pages and anything reading your knowledge-base page always say the same thing.
It knows when to hand off
When the chat doesn't have the answer, it doesn't make one up. It sends the visitor to your contact page, where a real conversation with you starts.
How it works with BOSS
One loop: BOSS writes, your site publishes, the answers go to work.
- 1
BOSS writes
Your 125 AI team members draft from your business brain: the article, the free guide, the answer to the question your customers keep asking. You approve it.
- 2
Your site publishes
It goes up on a domain you own, written so Google and AI assistants can read it, and it keeps working long after the day you approved it.
- 3
Your knowledge base learns it
Every page you publish becomes something your chat and your phone assistant can answer from, and something any CRM reading your knowledge-base page picks up on its next read.
- 4
Your CRM follows up
When a prospect grabs a free guide or sends a form, the lead lands in the Mashore Method CRM & Automation, and the follow-up starts there instead of in your head.
Then the questions your new leads ask become the next thing BOSS writes. Krista's rule is to be known before you're needed. This is that rule, running on a system instead of on whatever hours are left after the real work.
Watch the AI team work live before you decide.
The honest comparison
Why not just use what you already have?
Every option is good at something. Here's what each one costs you, and what the BOSS Website does instead.
A drag-and-drop builder
- Quick to start, and easy to change a headline.
- You're the writer, the designer and the one who remembers to post, and nothing stops a half-finished page or a layout that breaks on a phone.
- The BOSS Website is built from your interview, checked before launch, and set up to keep publishing.
An all-in-one marketing platform
- Pages, funnels and email under one login.
- Your pages live in their account. Stop paying and they stop too, and you start over somewhere else.
- The BOSS Website puts your funnels and free guides on your own domain, in files you own.
A web or design agency
- A polished launch.
- The content usually stops when the project ends, and every change waits in someone else's queue.
- The accounts are yours from day one, and BOSS drafts the next page or article for you to approve.
Social profiles instead of a site
- Reach, and the audience is already there.
- You're renting that audience, and a feed is a hard place for Google or an AI assistant to find a clear answer about what you sell.
- Keep posting. Influencers sell personality. Authorities sell solutions. The BOSS Website gives you a home base you own, with your answers in one place.
“AI couldn't recommend you if they wanted to because you are not searchable and discoverable.”
Krista grew her coaching company past $82 million in online sales in eight years, all through digital marketing. Not by doing every job herself, but by putting a system behind each one. The BOSS Website is that thinking, built into a site you own, answering for your business whether or not you have a free afternoon.

What you do, and what it does
- Sit for the setup interview: who you serve, what you sell, what makes you different and how you talk.
- Review the pages it builds, and answer anything it left blank.
- Approve them. Nothing goes live without a person signing off.
- Builds every page, the structure and the structured data.
- Holds the launch while anything is unfinished or two pages read too much alike, and checks your links and brand voice.
- Tests every page on a phone in a real browser.
- Rebuilds your knowledge base every time the site updates.
- Sends every lead to your CRM, or to your inbox if the CRM isn't connected.
You stay the one who decides what your business says. Not techy? You don't need to be.
Who it's for, and who it isn't
- Small business owners with a real offer and a website that isn't pulling its weight.
- The solopreneur who can't answer every question herself and still needs every one answered.
- The e-commerce brand that wants to get found and answer buyers' questions, next to the store it already sells from.
- The agency owner whose own site never gets the attention her clients' sites do.
- The startup founder who needs to be easy to find and easy to explain before there's a marketing team.
- Anyone who wants a site to appear with no input. You'll sit for the interview and approve what goes out, because a website is only as clear as the thinking behind it.
- Anyone who needs it to replace an online store. It isn't a checkout. Keep the store you sell from, and let this site do the work a store wasn't built for.
- Anyone without an offer yet. Start there first. The site can only explain what you've already decided to sell.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns the website?
You do. Your files live in your own GitHub account, the site runs on your own hosting account, and the domain is yours. You pay those directly, with no markup. If you stop working with us, the site keeps running exactly as it is.
Can it answer my phone?
Yes, once you switch it on. Setup for the AI phone assistant is built in, and it runs through the Mashore Method CRM & Automation. It answers from the same knowledge base as your site, so a caller asking what you sell or how to get started gets the same answer your website gives, instead of your voicemail.
Does it work with a different CRM?
Leads come to your inbox by email when the Mashore Method CRM & Automation isn't connected. And because everything the site knows lives on one plain page written for machines, any CRM knowledge base or AI tool that can read a web page can learn your business from it.
I already have a website on WordPress or Shopify. Do I have to replace it?
Your website, yes, and you bring it with you: your old posts can be imported, and your domain points to the new site, so the address your customers know stays the same. If you sell through a store, keep the store for checkout. Your offer pages link straight to it.
Which website builder do you recommend?
Krista gets asked this at every event, and her answer is that she can't recommend one. The builder isn't what gets a business recommended. What matters is whether Google and AI can find your site and read it, and most sites aren't built that way. The BOSS Website is built for exactly that, on accounts you own.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can send an email and scroll Facebook, you are techy enough. You answer questions about your own business, and Claude does the technical parts. BOSS also comes with a live installation workshop, weekly coaching calls and office hours for when you get stuck.
Will it get me recommended by ChatGPT?
Nobody can honestly promise that, and be wary of anyone who does. What the site does is make your business easy for AI and Google to read, and keep publishing clear answers to the questions your buyers ask. That's how you give them a reason to say your name.
Does the daily article need anything from me?
Your own AI key, connected once. After that it can research, write, fact-check and publish in your voice on a schedule, refuse anything it can't source, and check the live page. It's something you choose to turn on, not something that runs with no setup.
I'm a team of one. Will AI replace me?
No. Krista's view is that AI won't take the jobs of the people who use it correctly. The site answers the repeat questions and catches every lead, so your hours go to the customers and the decisions only you can handle.
Be known before you're needed.
Book a call and the team will walk you through BOSS on its own, or BOSS with the website.
