Built by an agent who did it herself.

25 years as a real estate professional. Eight years building a coaching company. Krista teaches the marketing she used first.

Krista Mashore

Meet Krista.

Krista Mashore is ranked in the top 1% of coaches nationwide and was a top 1% real estate agent during her 19-year career, personally selling over 2,350 homes and averaging 133 homes a year for 17 years.

She's the author of eight books, including Amazon category bestsellers, and hosts the F.I.R.E.D UP podcast. Her work has been featured in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, NBC, FOX, Inman, and Success Magazine.

Her story

How a teacher became a marketer

Where she started

Krista Mashore did not begin in marketing. She began in the classroom. She earned a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, which is the formal study of how people learn, and a Bachelor's in Psychology, which is the study of why people do what they do.

Those two degrees ended up shaping everything she built later. She has said she is always a teacher at heart, and that is still the first thing to know about her.

Nineteen years in real estate

From the classroom, Krista moved into real estate, and she did not do it halfway. She ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents nationally for 19 years in a row. In her full-time selling years she averaged 133 homes a year for 17 years, and over her career she personally sold more than 2,350 homes.

Numbers like that do not come from working harder than everyone else. They came from marketing. Her belief, and the line she repeats to her students, is that to be a top producer you have to be a top marketer. She did not wait for the phone to ring. She made herself the person her community already knew and trusted, so the call came to her.

That is the idea she calls being known before you are needed. People do not decide in the moment they need a home, a loan, a coach, or a plumber. They decide before the moment, based on who they already know and trust. Krista built her real estate business on that, long before she taught it to anyone.

Building the coaching company

Other agents kept asking how she was getting her results, and she kept teaching them. That became Krista Mashore Coaching. She built it into more than $82 million in online sales in eight years, including 27 different months over $1 million in sales, and she earned 11 Two Comma Club awards along the way.

She did it the same way she built her real estate career: by showing up where her audience was, teaching something useful, and following up with everyone who raised a hand. The coaching company is her own marketing system, run in public, which is why she can teach it with confidence.

Why she teaches marketing

Because most hardworking people are not short on skill. They are short on visibility. The agent who is great with clients but invisible online, the coach with a real method and no audience, the contractor whose work is excellent and whose phone is quiet: none of them has a talent problem. They have a marketing problem, and marketing can be taught.

Her conviction is that great agents and lenders are not born, they are taught, and that mindset trumps skill set. The same goes for every business owner she works with. If you can learn to serve your market clearly and consistently, you can become the obvious choice in it.

How she teaches

Krista teaches like the curriculum designer she trained to be. Every program follows the same pattern: tell you what to do, show you how step by step with templates, then support you live until it is done. The steps come in order on purpose, so you build on solid ground instead of skipping ahead.

Her coaching includes live calls, office hours, and a community of people building alongside you, because her view is that most people did not fail on their own plan. They failed alone. She keeps the language plain and the steps small, and she never asks you to buy into hype. She asks you to do the next step, then the one after that.

What she believes about AI

Krista teaches AI as a practical tool for how a business gets found and gets work done, not a gimmick. In her view, AI should work like a team: it drafts, organizes, and keeps things moving, while you stay the decision maker. Her own system, BOSS, includes up to 147 AI team members, and it drafts only. It never sends, posts, or deletes anything on its own.

She also teaches something newer: people increasingly ask an AI assistant who to call, so the businesses that win are the ones the AI can read, understand, and trust. That is the same old rule in a new place. Be clear, be local, be helpful, and be known before you are needed.

And she is firm that AI does not replace the human part. Your story, your judgment, and your care for your clients are what people choose. AI just gives you the time and the reach to show them.
