The AI-first curriculum

Who instead of how

Most coaches ask "how do I do this?" The better question is "who does this?" Every task in your business either needs you, your judgment, your relationships, your face on camera, or it needs a first draft. BOSS gives the first-draft work to 125 AI team members, each trained for one job.

That shift changes your week. Instead of learning a new tool every time a task shows up, you ask a team member to take it. You stop being the person who does every job, and you become the person who leads the work and approves it.

Anyone can use AI. What's built behind it makes all the difference.

Krista draws the line between two ways of using the same AI. Here is her side-by-side.

Regular AI

  • Starts with a blank chat
  • Knows what you type into the chat
  • You explain your business again and again
  • You decide every next step

A system

  • Already knows your business
  • Your voice, your offers, your dream client
  • 125 AI team members, each with one job
  • 19 house rules it follows every time
  • They hand work to each other

Anyone can open an AI chat and ask for a post. What they get is a smart stranger's guess. It doesn't know your clients, your offers or your voice, so the draft sounds like everyone else's and you spend your time fixing it.

A team works differently. Each member has one job and does it well. A manager checks the work. The AI CEO and COO keep the whole thing pointed at what you want. Everyone reads the same business brain before they begin: your voice, your dream client, your offers and your stories. That is why the drafts sound like you, and why they get closer every time you correct them.

Krista leads her own company this way. The structure is the same one you get: 125 team members, 16 managers, and an AI CEO and COO, working inside 19 house rules.

How it works

Krista breaks it into four steps:

  1. You say one sentence
  2. BOSS picks the right AI team members
  3. They read your business first
  4. They hand the work to each other and give you the finished piece

Step three is where the difference comes from. Every team member reads your business brain first: your style and tone, what makes you different, and your dream client. Krista's line for it is "Same AI. Different input." A blank chat can only give you generic work back. With your business brain behind it, the rule is "Your words in, your voice out."

The finished piece is still a draft. You read it, change what you want, and approve it before anything goes out.

What the team takes off your plate

Here is the work that moves from your desk to your team:

  • Content: posts, carousels, emails and articles in your voice
  • Lead generation: lead magnets, quizzes, webinars and funnel pages
  • Follow-up: every lead answered and nurtured through the Mashore Method CRM
  • Your day: a morning brief, a sorted inbox, and prep before every call

It all runs from a business brain that knows your voice, your dream client and your offers, so it never starts from scratch.

What stays with you

AI takes over tasks, not people. Your relationships stay yours. So do your judgment, your coaching, your point of view and your face on camera, because those are the reasons clients choose you. As Krista says, AI won't take the jobs of people who use it correctly.

The house rules protect that line. BOSS drafts and shows you. It never sends, posts or deletes on its own, never makes up a number, and checks its own work before you see it. You read it, change what you want, and approve it.

How you get started

You don't have to hand over everything at once. Most coaches begin with the job that costs them the most time or sleep, whether that's the weekly email, the follow-up after discovery calls, or the content they never get to. Pick one. Build your business brain so the team knows you, then let the team member for that job take its first pass.

From there you add one job at a time. Each win frees time for the next. The live installation workshop gets the system running with you, and the weekly coaching calls and office hours are where you bring questions and get live help. You aren't expected to figure it out alone.

What a day looks like

You open your laptop and the morning brief tells you who needs a reply, what's on your calendar, and what slipped. You ask for a first draft of the email you've been putting off, and it's waiting a few minutes later, in your voice. Before a discovery call, you get a prep note on the person. After it, you get a follow-up draft to edit.

By the end of the day you've made the decisions and done the coaching, and the repeat work is done or drafted. That's the difference between running a business and being run by it.

Who it fits

An AI team fits business, life and health coaches, consultants and course creators who have an offer people already want and not enough hours to market it. It fits you if your content depends on your energy, your follow-up depends on your memory, or your week is always one inbox away from falling apart.

It does not replace the expertise that makes you worth hiring. It protects it, by clearing the repeat work so you can spend your best hours on clients.

Your next client is asking AI who to hire

People ask ChatGPT, Google and other AI assistants for a coach or consultant before they ask a friend. The assistant answers with the experts whose content already answers the question. If that isn't you yet, it's someone else. Krista's way of saying it is "AI doesn't search. It selects." It doesn't hand your client ten options to browse. It picks one name.

The unsettling part is that you never see it happen. Nobody emails to say they asked an assistant for a business coach and your name didn't come up. The lead simply never arrives, and the calendar stays emptier than it should.

SEO, AEO and GEO: three paths, one system

Krista teaches these as "Three paths. One system." Each path does a different job:

  • SEO, search engine optimization: helps you show up in traditional Google search results when people type a question about what you coach.
  • AEO, answer engine optimization: "Gets your answers surfaced inside AI summaries on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews."
  • GEO, geo optimization: makes it clear where you work and who you serve. Most coaches work with clients anywhere, so your pages say that plainly. If you serve one city or region, your content names it, so search and AI can match you to people near you.

You'll also hear GEO used for generative engine optimization, which is the AI side that AEO covers here. Either way, all three feed the same pages and articles. You don't run three strategies. You write one clear answer to a question your clients ask, and it works on every path.

Old-style search optimization chased keywords and rankings. AI assistants work differently. They read, weigh and summarize, then give one answer instead of ten links. To be inside that answer, your content has to be clear, specific and written to respond to what people actually ask.

How you become the answer

It comes down to four steps, done in order:

  1. Be clear about who you help and what you're known for, so AI can describe you
  2. Answer the questions your clients actually ask, one article at a time
  3. Put it on a website built so AI can read it, with clear pages and the code assistants look for
  4. Keep it going: your AI team drafts the next article while you coach

Step one is the one most coaches skip. If you describe yourself as a coach who helps people reach their potential, an assistant has nothing specific to recommend. If you say exactly who you serve and the problem you solve, you give it something to repeat.

Why coaches are well placed to win

Coaches and consultants already answer questions all day. Every discovery call, every client session and every email thread contains the questions your future clients are typing into an assistant right now. You have stories, examples and a point of view that a generic site can't copy.

Krista's approach is to turn that expertise into answer-first articles: a clear question as the headline, a direct answer up top, then the depth that proves you know the subject. Her playbook is built on authority, being known before you're needed, and AI search rewards exactly that.

What a good answer looks like

Krista's rule is "Question first, then the answer." Every question your client asks gets its own page, and the question is the title, in their words: "How do I know if I need a business coach or a consultant?" The first sentence asks the question again. The second sentence answers it, with your expertise. Her shorthand for why this matters is "No page, no recommendation." The rest earns the answer with your experience, your process and a story from your work, so an assistant can see you know the subject firsthand.

What doesn't work is a vague post about mindset with no question and no answer. Assistants can't quote it, and neither can a reader. Be specific about who you help, what you do, and how someone knows it's right for them. Specific content gets recommended. Generic content gets skipped.

Three myths, true or false

Krista runs a quick pop quiz on this at her events. Here are three of the beliefs that keep good coaches out of AI answers:

  • "My site is a business card." False. AI reads your site, so give it answers to your client's questions, not only a bio and a contact form.
  • "To rank in AI, I have to post every day." True and false. A steady rhythm helps, but volume isn't the point. One real question with one useful answer does more than a week of posts that answer nothing.
  • "Build it once. It's done." False. It needs a weekly look, and Krista's advice is to "Check it before a client does."

Why good pros go invisible: a six-question self-check

Krista's reasons good pros go invisible come down to six questions. Ask them about your own website:

  1. Can they find you?
  2. Does your site answer?
  3. Do you know what works?
  4. Do you own it?
  5. Who keeps it current?
  6. Do they stay on your site?

If you hesitated on any of them, that's where to start. BOSS with the website is built around the same questions: pages written to answer, structure AI can read, a site on accounts you own, updates that arrive on their own, and optional tracking and a weekly report, off until you turn it on.

Who owns your website?

None of this works on a site you can't change. Krista's ownership test is blunt: "Whose name is the hosting on? Okay? If the person who built your website disappears, What happens?" Ask whoever runs your site four things. Is the hosting in your name? Is the domain in your name? Who has the login, and how often are changes made to keep it current? Could you take everything and move it today, without calling anyone?

Her advice if the answers are bad: "Don't spend a bunch of money on a website that nobody can find. Or that AI can't read." A coaching site you own, that AI can read, is the base everything else is built on.

What your AI team does

The hard part of this strategy is consistency. One article won't change anything. A steady stream of useful answers will. That is the work you hand to your AI team.

BOSS drafts articles in your voice from your own stories and expertise, so they sound like you and not like a template. You review each one, add the detail only you know, and approve it. Because BOSS never makes up a number or a result, you stay accurate. With the website, your pages are built so AI assistants can read them, and your funnels connect to the Mashore Method CRM & Automation, so a visitor who arrives gets followed up with.

Who this fits

This fits coaches, consultants and course creators whose clients research before they buy: business coaches, life coaches, health and fitness coaches, advisors and experts. If trust decides who gets hired in your field, being the name an assistant gives matters.

It is not a trick or a shortcut, and no one can promise a particular ranking. It's authority work: being clear, useful and consistent until you are the obvious answer. Krista has built her business on being known before she's needed, and this is the same idea applied to a new kind of search.

Most clients are lost in the follow-up

Someone downloads your guide, watches your webinar, or books and doesn't show. Without a system, they quietly disappear. The Mashore Method CRM & Automation keeps every lead in one place, follows up in your voice, and books the call while you're coaching someone else.

A CRM is simply the place that remembers every person who has raised a hand, where they are with you, and what happens next. When that lives in your inbox, your notes app and your memory, things get dropped. A system doesn't drop them.

Where coaches lose people

Look at your own business and you'll find the leaks. A lead magnet gets downloaded and the person gets one welcome email, then silence. A webinar registrant doesn't show, and nobody reaches out. A discovery call goes well but the prospect needs a week to think, and the week turns into never. A launch ends, and the people who were interested hear nothing more.

Each of those people raised a hand. Most weren't saying no. They were saying not yet, and nobody was there when yet arrived. Krista teaches that nurture is the stage most businesses skip, and skipping it weakens everything before it.

Pick the thing that hurts.

Krista's advice for where to start is "Pick the thing that hurts." Find the line that sounds like your business, and start there:

  • "Leads go cold." The CRM keeps every lead in one pipeline with the next step clear, and runs follow-up sequences until someone is ready. Your AI team drafts those messages in your voice.
  • "Calls don't close." Booking and reminders keep fewer slots empty, and a missed call gets a follow-up instead of silence. Your AI team preps you before each call and drafts the recap and next step after it.
  • "Clients drift away." Every person stays in your pipeline, so you can see where each one stands and who hasn't heard from you. Your AI team drafts the check-in in your voice for you to approve.
  • "I get no referrals." Your AI team drafts the referral ask in your voice, and the CRM keeps everyone who has worked with you in one place, so the ask goes to the right people.

Whichever line you pick, nothing goes out until you approve it.

What it does

The CRM handles the follow-up so you don't have to hold it all in your head:

  • Every lead in one pipeline, with the next step clear
  • Follow-up sequences that keep going until someone is ready
  • Booking, reminders and no-show follow-up
  • Connected to your website and to BOSS, so your AI team drafts the messages

It's included with BOSS, on its own or with the website.

How it works with your AI team

The CRM and BOSS do different jobs that fit together. The CRM is the system that tracks people and runs the sequences. BOSS is the team that writes the messages in your voice, preps you for each call, and drafts the follow-up afterward.

So when a lead comes in from your page, the CRM places them in your pipeline and starts the follow-up. Your AI team drafts the emails and texts from your business brain, so they sound like you and not a template. You review what goes out and approve it. The result is a lead who hears from you quickly, hears from you again, and gets a clear next step.

What follow-up looks like for a new lead

A person downloads your guide on Tuesday. The CRM welcomes them right away, in your voice, and starts a short sequence that teaches something useful and points to the next step. If they click to book, they pick a time on your calendar and get reminders. If they don't book, the sequence keeps going without pushing.

When they book and then miss the call, they get a friendly follow-up instead of silence. After a call, a recap and next step go out, drafted by your AI team and approved by you. Nobody waits on your memory, and nobody is nagged by a robot, because you set the pace and the tone.

What this changes for you

You stop carrying a mental list of who you owe a reply. A person who books a call gets reminders, so fewer slots go empty. A person who misses the call gets a follow-up. A person who isn't ready stays warm until they are. You can open the pipeline and see exactly where every lead stands.

Krista's rule is that if your business isn't predictable, you have a job instead of a business. Follow-up that runs on a system is one of the biggest steps toward predictable.

Who it fits

This fits coaches, consultants and course creators who generate interest through content, webinars, referrals or discovery calls, and who lose track of people once things get busy. If you've ever found an old lead in your inbox and realized you never replied, this is built for that.

It also fits you if you're running a launch. The people who watched, clicked and almost bought get a clear path back to you, instead of fading out when the cart closes. And because it works alongside your AI team, you don't need a staff member to run it.

The goal isn't to message more people. It's to make sure nobody who raised a hand is forgotten, and that every message that does go out sounds like you.

Trust is the whole sale

Nobody can hold a coaching session in their hand before they buy it. So prospects borrow trust from the people who came before them. They read your reviews, they look for someone like them, and they decide whether you are safe to talk to before they ever book a call. Increasingly, an AI assistant reads those reviews first and decides whether to mention you at all.

Krista has more than 3,645 five-star reviews and teaches students the same three rules: get a lot of them, keep them coming so they stay recent, and answer them. A coach whose newest review is two years old looks like a coach who stopped coaching.

A testimonial page isn't the same as public reviews

Most coaches keep a few hand-picked testimonials on their website. Those help, but strangers know you chose them. Reviews on Google and the other sites people check are written in public, dated and harder to fake, which is exactly why prospects and AI assistants weigh them.

The words matter as much as the stars. "She was great" tells a prospect nothing. A review that says what the client was stuck on, what changed and what it felt like to work with you does the selling, and it contains the words the next client is searching for. When those words match how you describe yourself on your website and social profiles, you become easier to recommend.

The KMC Review Generator

Krista's team built its own review tool, the KMC Review Generator, replacing a review service Krista used to pay for every month, and gives it to students. It was shown live, start to finish, at the Build Your AI Dream Team event, and it works for any kind of business.

  1. Set up once. Add your logo and a look, get your own review link, and choose the sites you want reviews on, such as Google or Facebook, or any site by name and link.
  2. Do the interview. Tell the app what you coach, who you help, the results you're known for and what makes your approach different. It turns that into the questions clients are asked.
  3. Your client answers a few questions. The app drafts a review from their answers, in their own words, with a short and a long version.
  4. They post it. One tap copies the review and opens the site, and the client posts it under their own name.

For coaching, this solves a real problem: clients who loved working with you often don't know what to say about a private, personal experience. The questions help them say it in words they are comfortable sharing.

Two tools, one system

The KMC Review Generator is half of the system. The other half lives in the Mashore Method CRM & Automation, and Krista described them working as one: "we have it attached to our Mashore method." Her summary of the result: "all that is automatic."

  • It asks for you. When a client finishes a program or reaches a milestone, the Mashore Method sends the review request by text or email, with your KMC Review Generator link in it. A QR code on your event table or the last slide of a workshop does the same for anyone in front of you.
  • It collects every review in one place. Connect your Google Business Profile and Facebook page, plus other review sites that matter to you, and every new review lands in one place. You are notified when one comes in.
  • It helps you answer. You reply from the same place, and AI can draft each reply in your tone. You can edit the reply before it goes out, or let the routine ones post on their own.
  • It shows them off. A reviews widget puts your best reviews on your website and keeps them current, so prospects see proof without leaving the page.
  • It shows you the pattern. Review reports show how many reviews are coming in, how they trend, and what prospects say most.

The CRM makes sure the asking, collecting and answering happen. The KMC Review Generator makes each review worth having, in the customer's own words. Together they keep fresh reviews coming in without you remembering to ask. See how the Mashore Method CRM & Automation works.

When a client is disappointed

Coaching is personal, so a client who felt unheard can feel it strongly. When a client's answers show they are unhappy, the app does not write a review for them, and they can still post one anywhere they like. It asks what went wrong and whether they want you to reach out, then emails you right away.

A conversation at that moment is often all it takes. Sometimes people just want to be heard, and a coach is better placed than anyone to listen. You also learn something about your program that you'd rarely hear any other way.

Turning reviews into program insight

The app's analytics show what clients praise and what needs attention. Export the feedback and give it to BOSS, and your AI team can show you the outcomes clients mention most, the moments they remember and where they get stuck. That is better input for your next launch than guessing.

You can answer reviews from the app too. Krista teaches answering every review with a personal, specific reply, because it shows Google and future clients that a real coach is behind the name. On a website built with Krista's team, reviews can also show up on the site automatically, right where a prospect is deciding.

Ask at the moment that counts

The best time to ask is when a client names a win: a breakthrough session, a finished program, a first big result. With the Mashore Method CRM & Automation, the request goes out at those milestones automatically, and you are notified when a review comes in, so asking never depends on your memory.

Reviews then support the rest of your marketing. They give your AI team your clients' real language for posts and emails, and they add to the signals that help you get recommended by AI when someone asks who to hire.

Online reviews by practice

Business coaches show the results owners got. Life coaches help prospects find someone who sounds like them. Health and fitness coaches show support and habits, not just before and after. Consultants turn references into public proof, and course creators let past students make the case.

Your next step
