BOSS Website
A website that answers for you while you're with clients
The BOSS Website is your own coaching site, built from an interview with you. It answers visitors from one knowledge base written in your words, it's built so Google and AI can recommend you, and every lead lands in your CRM.
The problem
Your next client asked AI who to hire. It didn't say your name.
- 01
Someone with the exact problem you solve asks ChatGPT for a coach. It names the experts whose sites answer that question in plain words. A homepage that says you help people reach their potential gives it nothing to repeat.
- 02
A prospect reads your program page on a Sunday night with one question before she books. Nobody answers. By Monday she's on someone else's discovery call.
- 03
If your pages live inside a course platform or a link-in-bio, the platform owns the address, the visitor and the rules. Leave, and your pages stay behind.
The 5-Point Website Check
Krista's 5-Point Website Check, built into every page.
Krista teaches coaches to run five checks on their own site. On the BOSS Website, every one of these is built in. You never touch it. Claude interviews you about who you serve, what you offer, your story and how you work, then builds your site from your answers. It never invents a credential, a result or a step in your process. Anything you haven't answered stays blank, and the site won't launch until you have.
A page for every client and every topic
Each kind of client you serve gets a page written to them, and each topic you teach gets its own page. The burned-out founder and the new consultant each land on words meant for them, not for everyone.
A page for every way you work
One-to-one, group, course and membership offers each get their own page with one clear next step. Your checkout and other tools connect as links on the offer buttons, so a ready buyer goes straight to pay.
Answer-first articles, as often as daily
On a schedule, it can research a question your clients ask, write the answer in your voice, fact-check it, publish it and check the live page. It turns down any topic it can't source. It runs on your own AI key.
Your business facts, written the way machines read them
Every page carries structured data, plus a sitemap and share images, so search engines and AI assistants can tell exactly who you help, what you teach and why you're the one to call.
National by default, local when you need it
Coaching usually isn't tied to one town, so your site is built to be found anywhere. If you serve one city or region, turn on local mode and your pages speak to the people near you.
You stop guessing
Optional tracking and a weekly report show what's bringing people in and what to change next. It stays off until you turn it on.
Free guides and funnels on your domain
Your lead magnet gets its own opt-in page and funnel on your own site, so every download grows your list, not a platform's.
Every lead lands somewhere real
Every form goes into the Mashore Method CRM & Automation. If the CRM isn't connected yet, leads come to your inbox by email. If a lead ever fails to save, the visitor is told, so nobody walks away thinking they reached you when they didn't.
Book a call goes to your calendar
The button opens your own calendar, so the person who's ready picks a time on the spot. No email back and forth.
Yours, outright
Your files sit in your own GitHub account, the site runs on your own hosting account, and the domain is yours. Stop working with us and it keeps running.
Change it anytime
Your name is on the hosting and you hold the login. You can change, download or move anything on your site without waiting on anyone else.
Nothing launches half-done
A launch check holds the site while anything is unfinished, while two pages read too much alike, or until a human signs off. It also checks how your pages link to each other and whether the copy matches your brand voice.
Graded by the KMC Website Ranker
The KMC Website Ranker built into BOSS grades your site the way Google and AI assistants read it: Google's phone test, structured data, broken links and the rules for your kind of business. Run it whenever you like, and your AI team works through what it finds.
Updates arrive on their own
Engine updates reach your site without a rebuild, and your knowledge base is rebuilt every time the site changes, so nothing on it goes stale.
Your voice, on every screen
Your old posts come with you, a voice file keeps new pages sounding like you, and every page is tested in a real browser for phone layout, contrast, tap targets and sideways scroll.
Success stories with permission
A client's story stays off the site until that client has approved it and the permission is recorded. You never have to wonder whether a story should be up.
One brain, every channel
Your website becomes your knowledge base.
Everything your site knows about your business is gathered into one knowledge base. It powers the chat on your site, it's published as one plain page any CRM or AI tool can read, and it briefs the AI phone assistant that answers your inbound calls. You explain your program once. It answers the same way everywhere.
- Your business and your story
- Your offers and programs
- Who you serve
- The topics you teach
- Your team
- Every page you publish
- Your articles
One knowledge base
Rebuilt every time your site updates
The chat on your site
Answers visitors from your own content only, at any hour, while you're in a session or asleep. Limits are built in, so it can't run up a bill.
Any CRM or AI tool
One plain page, written for machines, holds everything the site knows and is rebuilt on every update. Point a CRM knowledge base or any AI tool at it and it learns your business in one read.
Your inbound calls
Switch on the AI phone assistant in the Mashore Method CRM & Automation and it answers from the same knowledge base. A caller asking about your group program or how to book gets a real answer while you're in a session.
Google and AI assistants
The same facts sit on your pages as structured data, so when someone asks who coaches the problem you solve, there's a clear, current answer with your name on it.
It never guesses
Anything you haven't answered is left out, so nobody reads a guess about your program as if it were a fact.
It never falls out of step
The knowledge base is rebuilt every time your site updates, so the chat, the machine-readable page and your pages always agree.
It knows when to hand off
When the chat doesn't know an answer, it says so and points the visitor to your contact page, instead of making up a promise about your work.
How it works with BOSS
BOSS writes it, your site publishes it, and the answers keep working.
- 1
BOSS drafts
Your 125 AI team members write from your business brain: the article that answers what your discovery calls keep raising, the free guide, the copy for your next offer page. You approve every piece.
- 2
Your site publishes
Approved work goes live on a site you own, built for Google and AI assistants to read, and it keeps bringing readers long after the week you wrote it.
- 3
Your knowledge base learns it
Every page you publish becomes something your chat can answer from, and the plain page for machines updates with it.
- 4
Your CRM follows up
When a reader downloads your guide or books a call, the lead lands in the Mashore Method CRM & Automation, and the follow-up starts there.
Then the questions from your next round of discovery calls become the next thing BOSS writes. Old way: post when you have a spare evening and hope a referral comes in. New way: one system that keeps answering while you coach.

The honest comparison
Why not keep what you're using now?
Each option does something well. Here's what it costs you, and what the BOSS Website does in its place.
An all-in-one course platform
- Hosting your course and your student logins, which it does well.
- Its pages are built to sell to people who already know you, not to be the answer a stranger gets from AI. And they live on the platform's terms.
- Keep the platform for delivery. Your own site gets you found and links buyers straight to it.
Social profiles and a link-in-bio
- Free, fast and right where your followers are.
- A list of links gives Google and AI almost nothing to read, so it can't bring you anyone who doesn't already follow you.
- Your site answers the questions strangers ask, under your own name and address.
A drag-and-drop builder
- You own it, and it can look polished in a weekend.
- You're the writer, the web person and the follow-up system. Most of these sites go up once and never change again.
- Yours is built from an interview, checked before launch, and BOSS keeps it publishing.
A web agency
- A good-looking launch.
- The words still have to come from you, changes go back into their queue, and new leads often sit in a form inbox.
- The accounts are yours from the start, every lead goes to your CRM, and BOSS keeps writing.
“You don't have a business problem, you have a marketing problem.”
Krista said it to a room of coaches, consultants and owners at her Build Your AI Dream Team event. She didn't inherit an audience. She built Krista Mashore Coaching online with webinars, video, funnels and follow-up, on systems she controlled. The BOSS Website puts that same rule under your coaching business: your words, your pages, your accounts.

What you do, and what it does
- Sit for the setup interview: who you serve, what you offer, your story, how you work and what makes you different.
- Get a client's permission before their story goes up.
- Review the pages it builds, and change what you want.
- Sign off. Nothing launches without a human approving it.
- Builds every offer, client and topic page, with the structure and structured data.
- Holds every success story back until the permission is recorded.
- Writes your privacy and terms pages with you before launch.
- Tests every page on a phone in a real browser.
- Rebuilds your knowledge base every time the site updates.
- Sends every lead to your CRM, or to your inbox if the CRM isn't connected.
You stay the expert. The technical work isn't yours to carry.
Who it's for, and who it isn't
- Coaches, consultants and course creators with a real offer who want the right clients to find them first.
- The business coach whose own marketing is the first proof a prospect checks.
- The life or health and wellness coach who's chosen on trust, and wants that trust built before the first call.
- The consultant who wants inbound engagements instead of waiting on referrals.
- The course creator who keeps a platform for delivery and wants a site that brings in steady enrollment.
- Anyone who wants a site they never look at again. You'll sit for the interview and approve what goes live.
- Anyone hoping to skip the work of being known. This is a better way to do that work, not a way around it.
- Anyone who needs course hosting or student logins on the site itself. It doesn't do either. Keep your course platform and link to it from your offer pages.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns the website?
You do. Your files live in your own GitHub account, the site runs on your own hosting account, and the domain is yours. You pay those directly, with no markup. If you stop working with us, the site keeps running as it is.
Can it host my course?
No. The site doesn't host courses or student logins. Each offer gets its own page, and your checkout and course platform connect as links on the offer buttons, so buyers go straight from your page to wherever you deliver.
Can it answer my phone?
Yes, once you switch it on. Setup for the AI phone assistant is built in, and it runs through the Mashore Method CRM & Automation. It answers from the same knowledge base as your site, so a caller asking about your programs or how to work with you gets the same answer your website gives, instead of your voicemail.
Will the chat replace me on discovery calls?
No. It answers the questions people have before they're ready to talk, from your own pages only, and when it doesn't know, it sends them to your contact page. The call stays yours. As Krista puts it, AI won't take the jobs of the people who use it correctly.
Can I show what my clients have achieved?
You can, once they say yes. A success story only appears after the client has approved it and the permission is recorded. Until then, it stays off the site.
I serve clients everywhere. Does that work?
That's the default. Your site is built to be found nationally. If you serve one area, turn on local mode and your pages speak to the people near you.
I already have a website, or a course platform. Do I have to replace it?
Your website, yes, and you bring it with you: your old posts can be imported, and your domain points to the new site when it launches, so the address your clients know stays the same. Your course platform or checkout can stay where it is. Your offer buttons link straight to it.
Which website builder do you recommend?
Krista gets asked this at every event, and her answer is that she can't recommend one. The builder isn't what gets a coach recommended. What matters is whether Google and AI can find your site and read it, and most sites aren't built that way. The BOSS Website is built for exactly that, on accounts you own.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You answer questions about your own business, and Claude does the technical parts. BOSS also comes with a live installation workshop, weekly coaching calls and office hours.
Will it get me recommended by ChatGPT?
Nobody can honestly promise that. What the site does is make your expertise easy for Google and AI to read, and keep publishing clear answers to the questions your clients ask. That gives an assistant a reason to say your name.
