Integrations
Keep your tools. BOSS connects to them.
If a tool can connect to other software, BOSS connects to it directly. When a connection is limited, the limit belongs to the other tool, not to BOSS.
If it connects to anything, it connects to BOSS
A coaching business runs on more tools than it looks like from the outside: a booking link, a course or membership platform, a payment processor, a CRM, a video call app and an inbox that ties it all together. You chose each of them for a reason, and BOSS doesn't ask you to give any of them up.
Here is the short answer to the question we hear most: if a tool can connect to other software, it can connect to BOSS. Your CRM, your calendar, your inbox and your files keep doing their jobs, and your AI team works alongside them. When a connection is missing or limited, the limit comes from the other tool, not from BOSS. This page shows how connections work, what coaches and consultants connect most often, and where the real limits come from.

How BOSS connects to a tool
There are four ways a tool reaches BOSS. None of them needs a middleman app.
- Connectors in your AI. BOSS runs inside your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription, and both connect directly to everyday tools like Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Drive and Slack. You sign in once from your own account, and your AI team can read what it needs and draft where you work.
- The Mashore Method CRM & Automation. It comes with BOSS. Its review side connects your Google Business Profile and Facebook so reviews land in one place, and with BOSS with the website, every form on your site feeds it from the start.
- Directly, through the tool's API. Most modern software publishes an API, a documented door that other software is allowed to use. BOSS connects to it directly and runs the automation itself, so there is no Zapier or Make subscription sitting in the middle.
- Export and import. When a tool won't connect at all, it can almost always export a spreadsheet. BOSS reads the file and works from it, so even a closed tool's data is not stuck.
Common integrations for coaches and consultants
These are the tools coaches and consultants ask about most. How far each connection goes depends on what that tool opens up.
- Email and calendar: Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, so session prep and follow-up are drafted where you already work.
- Booking: Calendly, Acuity and the booking pages inside your CRM, so a booked call can start a prep brief.
- Courses and memberships: the platform that hosts your program, so new students and purchases reach your follow-up.
- Payments: Stripe, PayPal and the checkout inside your course platform.
- Calls and recordings: Zoom, Google Meet and your call recorder, so a session becomes notes, homework and content.
- Social and email marketing: your Facebook business Page, an Instagram professional account, LinkedIn, YouTube and your email newsletter tool.
Your CRM: keep it, or use ours
Krista put it plainly at her Build Your AI Dream Team event: BOSS can connect to a CRM you already have. The CRMs we're asked about most include HubSpot, Keap, ActiveCampaign, HoneyBook, Dubsado and the CRM built into Kajabi or Kartra. If yours has an API, and almost every CRM does, BOSS connects to it directly.
If you'd rather have everything in one place, BOSS comes with the Mashore Method CRM & Automation, so you don't need a separate one. Some owners keep their CRM for the history and use ours for new leads, follow-up and reviews. Either way, nobody makes you move your contacts on day one.
When a connection is limited, the limit belongs to the other tool
BOSS can only use the doors a tool opens. When a connection can't do something, it is almost always because the other company decided it can't, for privacy, for compliance or for its own pricing. These are the limits we see most:
- Personal Facebook profiles. Meta stopped letting any outside software post to a personal Facebook profile in 2018. Business Pages are still open, so that is where scheduled posts go.
- Instagram. Instagram opens publishing only to professional accounts, business or creator, and caps how many posts any tool can publish in a day.
- Google Business Profile. Google approves every tool that manages a Business Profile through its API, and only for profiles that are verified and have been active for 60 days or more.
- Course platforms. Some course and membership platforms only send webhooks, short automatic messages, rather than offering a full API. A connection can then pass along new students and purchases, but not every setting inside the platform. That ceiling is set by the platform.
- Payment details. Payment processors keep card numbers inside their own systems by design. A connection can see that a client paid, never the card itself, and that is exactly how it should be.
- Plans that hide the API. Some software opens its API only on higher plans. That is the vendor's pricing, not a BOSS limit.
- Tools with no door at all. A few tools have no API and no export. Nothing outside them can connect, BOSS included. Those are rare, and worth knowing about before you commit more of your business to one.
What stays the same, whatever you connect
Connecting a tool never hands it the keys. BOSS drafts; you decide. Every email, post and message comes to you as a draft first, and it never sends, posts or deletes for you. A connection lets your AI team read the record and prepare the work, so your client gets a better answer, faster, with your name on it only after you approve it.
Each connection is signed in from your own account, so it stays yours and you can switch it off at any time. That matches the rest of BOSS: you own what you build, and nothing is locked inside somebody else's platform.
Bring your tool list
Write down the tools you open every week, and bring the list to a call. The team will tell you how each one connects to BOSS, which connections are worth setting up first, and where a tool's own rules set the ceiling. Setup isn't something you do alone: the live installation workshop, weekly coaching calls and office hours help you connect it. Book a call, or see what BOSS includes first.
Frequently asked questions
Will BOSS work with my CRM?
If your CRM can connect to other software, it can connect to BOSS, and most CRMs can. BOSS connects to it directly, with no Zapier or Make in the middle. Or use the Mashore Method CRM & Automation, which comes with BOSS.
Do I have to switch tools to use BOSS?
No. BOSS works alongside the tools you already use. You can move to the Mashore Method CRM & Automation later if you want everything in one place, but nothing requires it.
Why can't BOSS post to my personal Facebook profile?
Because Meta doesn't allow any outside software to do that. It closed personal profiles to outside posting in 2018. Business Pages are still open, and that is where scheduled posts go.
A tool I use says it doesn't integrate with anything. Now what?
Check whether it has an API or can export. Almost every tool can export a spreadsheet, and BOSS can work from the file. If a tool truly has no way out, the limit is that tool's, and it is worth asking its vendor why.
Will a connected tool send anything to a client on its own?
Not from BOSS. Every email, post and message comes to you as a draft first, and BOSS never sends, posts or deletes for you. Automations you switch on yourself in your CRM run the way you set them.
Will BOSS work with my course platform?
If your platform connects to anything, through an API or webhooks, BOSS connects to it directly. How much passes through depends on what the platform opens up, so some connect fully and some only pass along new students and purchases.
Bring your tool list. We'll show you how each one connects.
