BOSS Website

A website that wins the listing before you arrive

The Agent Authority Hub is the website that comes with BOSS. You own it, it answers buyers, sellers and callers from one knowledge base, and it's built so Google and AI can recommend you by name.

The problem

Your market is asking AI who to call. Your website isn't answering.

  1. 01

A seller in your farm asks ChatGPT who the go-to listing agent is. It names someone. If your site never answered that question in plain words, it isn't you.

  2. 02

A buyer has a question about your listing at ten at night. Nobody answers until morning, and by then she's talking to someone else.

  3. 03

If your site is the brokerage's template, it looks like every other agent in the office, and it stays behind the day you leave.

What's on your Hub

Everything a top producer's website should do, built from your answers.

Claude interviews you about your market, your clients and your voice, then builds the site from what you say. It never makes up a detail. If it doesn't know something, the page stays blank, and the site can't go live until you've answered it.

Gets you found

  • Built for Google and AI

Structured data on every page, a sitemap and share images, so search engines and AI assistants can read exactly who you are, where you work and what you're known for.

  • A page for every neighborhood

Neighborhood pages, plus a page for each kind of client in each area, so the seller in one subdivision and the investor in the next town each land on a page written for them.

  • A new article, every day if you want it

It can research, write, fact-check and publish an answer-first article in your voice on a schedule, refuse anything it can't source, and check the live page afterwards. It runs on your own AI key.

  • Your listings, front and center

Every listing gets its own page with photos and a map. Add one, update it or mark it sold, and your chat knows about it as soon as the site updates.

Turns visitors into conversations

  • Buyer and seller pages by specialty

The first-time buyer, the move-up seller, the investor and the luxury listing each get a page that speaks to them, with your buying and selling process laid out step by step.

  • Lead magnets on your own domain

Seller guides and buyer guides with their own opt-in pages, living on your site and feeding your CRM, not someone else's funnel.

  • A chat that knows your business

Visitors get real answers from your own pages and listings, any hour of the day, and a nudge to talk to you when they're ready.

  • No lead slips through

Every form goes into the Mashore Method CRM & Automation. If the CRM isn't connected, leads come to your inbox by email. If saving ever fails, the visitor is told, so nobody thinks they reached you when they didn't.

Protects your name

  • Fair Housing checked before launch

Pages are checked for Fair Housing language, your license number and your Equal Housing statement before the site can go live.

  • Nothing goes live half-done

A launch check holds the site while anything is unfinished, while two pages read too much alike, or until you sign off.

  • Graded by the KMC Website Ranker

The KMC Website Ranker built into BOSS grades your site the way Google and AI assistants read it: Google's phone test, structured data, broken links and the rules for your kind of business. Run it whenever you like, and your AI team works through what it finds.

  • You own every piece

Your files, your hosting account, your domain. Change brokerages and it goes with you. Stop working with us and it keeps running.

  • It sounds like you, on any phone

Your old posts come with you, a voice file keeps new pages in your words, and every page is tested in a real browser for phone layout, contrast and tap targets.

One brain, every channel

Your website becomes your knowledge base.

Everything your site knows is gathered into one knowledge base. That one source answers in the chat on your site, briefs the AI phone assistant that picks up your inbound calls, and gives any CRM or AI tool a single page to learn your business from. Write it once. It answers everywhere.

What it knows

  • Your listings
  • Your neighborhoods
  • Your services
  • Your team and licenses
  • Every page you publish
  • Your articles
  • Your answers to real questions

One knowledge base

Rebuilt every time your site updates

  • The chat on your site

Answers buyers and sellers from your own content only, day or night, and hands them to you when they're ready to talk. Limits are built in, so it can't run up a bill.

  • Your inbound calls

Connect the AI phone assistant in the Mashore Method CRM & Automation and it answers from the same knowledge base. A caller asking about a listing, a neighborhood or what you have under a price gets a real answer, not a voicemail.

  • Any CRM or AI tool

One plain page gathers everything the site knows, written for machines to read. Point a CRM knowledge base, another phone assistant or any AI tool at it, and it learns your business in one read.

  • Google and AI assistants

The same facts sit on your pages as structured data, so when someone asks about your market, there's a clear, current answer with your name on it.

  • It never guesses

Anything you haven't answered yet is left out, so a caller never hears a guess read to them as a fact.

  • It never drifts

The knowledge base is rebuilt from your site every time the site updates, so your chat, your phone line and your pages always say the same thing.

  • It answers the way people ask

Callers don't ask for an address. They ask what you have in a town or under a price. The knowledge base includes answers shaped like those questions, so they find your listings.

How it works with BOSS

One loop: BOSS writes, your Hub publishes, the answers go to work.

  1. 1

    BOSS writes

Your 147 AI team members draft from your business brain: the market update, the listing page, the answer to the question your sellers keep asking. You approve it.

  2. 2

    Your Hub publishes

It goes out on a site you own, written so Google and AI assistants can read it, and it keeps working long after the day you approved it.

  3. 3

    Your knowledge base learns it

Every page you publish becomes something your chat and your phone assistant can answer from.

  4. 4

    Your CRM follows up

When a buyer, seller or borrower raises a hand, the lead lands in the Mashore Method CRM & Automation, and the follow-up starts there.

Then the questions people ask become the next thing BOSS writes. Krista's rule has always been to be known before you're needed. This is that rule, running on a system instead of on your evenings.

See the system working before you decide.

The honest comparison

Why not just use what you already have?

Every option is good at something. Here's what each one costs you, and what the Hub does instead.

  • The brokerage template site

    Good at
Ready fast, and no work from you.
    What it costs you
It looks like every other agent in the office, and it stays with the brokerage when you leave.
    With the BOSS Website
The Hub is yours, wherever you hang your license.
  • Portal profiles

    Good at
    The buyers are already there.
    What it costs you
The portal owns the page and the visitor, and it puts other agents right beside you.
    With the BOSS Website
The Hub builds an audience you keep, under your own name.
  • A drag-and-drop builder

    Good at
You own it, and it can look sharp.
    What it costs you
You're the writer, the web person and the compliance checker, and nobody answers the question that comes in at night.
    With the BOSS Website
The Hub is built from an interview, checked before launch, and answers for you.
  • A web agency

    Good at
    A polished launch.
    What it costs you
The content usually stops when the project ends, and every change waits in someone else's queue.
    With the BOSS Website
With the Hub, the accounts are yours from day one, and BOSS keeps writing.
“To be a top producer, you've got to be a top marketer.”

Krista didn't out-prospect anyone. She out-marketed them, with video, community content and follow-up that made sellers call her first. The Agent Authority Hub is that playbook, built into a website you own, running whether or not you have a free evening.

What you do, and what it does

Your part

  • Sit for the setup interview: your market, your best clients, how you work and what makes you different.
  • Review the pages it builds.
  • Approve them. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Its part

  • Builds every page, the structure and the structured data.
  • Checks Fair Housing language, your license number and your Equal Housing statement.
  • Tests every page on a phone in a real browser.
  • Rebuilds your knowledge base every time the site updates.
  • Sends every lead to your CRM, or to your inbox if the CRM isn't connected.

Your name stays in your hands. Not techy? You don't need to be.

Who it's for, and who it isn't

It's for

  • Full-time agents and lenders who want their website to bring them business, not just sit there.
  • The listing agent who wants sellers to know her name before the appointment.
  • The buyer agent who's tired of renting leads from a portal.
  • The loan officer who wants agents and borrowers to see him as the local authority.
  • Teams that want one site answering for everyone on the team.

It isn't for

  • Anyone who wants a site they never look at again. You'll answer the interview and approve what goes out.
  • Anyone looking for a shortcut around being known in their market. This is a better way to do that work, not a way to skip it.
  • Anyone who needs whole-market home search on day one. It's available, but it runs through your own IDX provider and your MLS or broker's approval, and that takes time on their side.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the website?

You do. Your files live in your own GitHub account, the site runs on your own hosting account, and the domain is yours. You pay those directly, with no markup. If you stop working with us, the site keeps running exactly as it is.

Can it really answer my inbound calls?

Yes, once you connect it. The AI phone assistant in the Mashore Method CRM & Automation answers from the same knowledge base as your site: your listings, your neighborhoods, your services and your answers. It's something you switch on when you're ready, and it needs the CRM.

Does it work with a different CRM?

Leads come to your inbox by email when the Mashore Method CRM & Automation isn't connected. And because everything the site knows lives on one plain page written for machines, any CRM knowledge base or AI tool that can read a web page can learn your business from it.

I already have a website. What happens to it?

Bring it with you. Your old posts can be imported, and your domain can point to the Hub when you launch, so the address people already know stays the same.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You answer questions about your own business, and Claude does the technical parts. BOSS also comes with a live installation workshop, weekly coaching calls and office hours.

Will it get me recommended by ChatGPT?

Nobody can honestly promise that, and be wary of anyone who does. What the Hub does is make your expertise easy for AI and Google to read, and keep publishing clear answers to the questions your market asks. That's how you give them a reason to say your name.

Does it include MLS search?

Your own listings are built in. Whole-market search is an add-on through your own IDX provider and needs MLS or broker approval, so it's off until you turn it on. It doesn't help your rankings either, so the Hub is built to win without it.

What about Fair Housing?

The Hub checks your pages for Fair Housing language, your license number and your Equal Housing statement before it can launch. You and your broker are still responsible for what you publish, which is why you review and approve every page.

Be known before you're needed.
