BOSS Website
A website that answers for you, online and on the phone
The BOSS Website is your own site, built from your answers. Everything it knows feeds the chat on your site and can brief the AI phone assistant that picks up while you're on a job, so the customer with water on the floor gets a real answer, not your voicemail.
The problem
Your customer calls while you're on a job. Whoever answers gets the work.
- 01
The phone rings while you're under a sink or up a ladder. By the time you call back, they've already booked the business that picked up.
- 02
Before they call anyone, more of them ask Google or ChatGPT who to call. If your site never said what you do, where you work and what you take, the answer names somebody else.
- 03
Your hours changed, your prices changed, the financing you offer changed. The website didn't, and neither did whoever answers your phone.
The 5-Point Website Check
Krista's 5-Point Website Check, built into every page.
Krista teaches business owners to run five checks on their own site. On the BOSS Website, every one of these is built in. You never touch it. Claude interviews you about your services, the towns you cover, what customers ask on the phone and how you like to work, then builds the site from what you tell it. Nothing gets invented. Not sure of a price or an hour? It stays blank, and the site can't go live until you've answered it.
Answers to what customers really ask
A question bank of what your customers actually ask, in your own words. It feeds your FAQs, your chat, your AI phone assistant and your blog, so the answer you give on a job is the answer they get everywhere.
A chat that knows your trade
The visitor on your site at midnight gets answers from your own pages, and a nudge to reach you when they're ready to book.
Fresh answers for your area
On a schedule you choose, even daily, it can research an answer-first article for your area, write it in your voice, fact-check it, publish it and then check the live page. Anything it can't source, it refuses. It runs on your own AI key, which you set up.
Your business facts, written the way machines read them
Structured data on every page, a sitemap and share images, so search engines and AI assistants can read exactly what you do, where you do it and who you are.
A page for your services and your towns
Set it up as one page per town you serve, or one deep page for your whole region. Either way, the homeowner two towns over lands on a page that's clearly about her area.
You stop guessing
Optional tracking and a weekly report show what's bringing people in and what to change next. It stays off until you turn it on.
Free guides on your own domain
A seasonal checklist or a homeowner's guide with its own opt-in page and funnel, living on your site and feeding your CRM, not a directory's.
Every request lands somewhere
Each form lands in the Mashore Method CRM & Automation, or in your email inbox when the CRM isn't connected yet. If a request can't be saved, the visitor sees that right away, so nobody waits on a callback that was never coming.
It's yours, like your trucks
The files, the hosting account and the domain are in your name, and you pay for them directly with no markup. If you ever stop working with us, the site stays up.
Change it anytime
Your name is on the hosting and you hold the login. You can change, download or move anything on your site without waiting on anyone else.
No launch until it's finished
The site waits while any page is unfinished, while two pages read too much alike, or until you've signed off. The same launch check looks at how your pages link to each other and whether they sound like your brand.
Graded by the KMC Website Ranker
The KMC Website Ranker built into BOSS grades your site the way Google and AI assistants read it: Google's phone test, structured data, broken links and the rules for your trade. Run it whenever you like, and your AI team works through what it finds.
Updates arrive on their own
Engine updates reach your site without a rebuild, and your knowledge base is rebuilt every time the site changes, so nothing on it goes stale.
Hours, prices and payment kept right
A weekly check covers whether your hours, your prices and the payment and financing you accept are still right on the site, because a wrong hour costs you a customer who drove over to a locked door.
Your trade's advertising rules
Some trades in some states have rules about what you can say in an ad. It checks your trade's advertising rules where they're covered.
Reviews that are real
A Google Business Profile and review-request routine helps you ask happy customers at the right moment. Your reviews page only appears once there are real reviews, and there are no self-published star ratings.
Your voice, on the phone in their hand
Your old posts get imported, a voice file keeps every new page sounding like you, and every page is tested in a real browser for phone layout, contrast and tap targets, because your customer is usually holding a phone when the furnace quits.
One brain, every channel
Your website becomes your knowledge base, and your phone line learns it.
Your services, your towns, your hours, your team and every page you write are pulled together into one knowledge base. That one source briefs the AI phone assistant that picks up your inbound calls, answers in the chat on your site, and gives any CRM or AI tool a single page to learn your business from. Tell it once. It answers everywhere, including the phone, where your customers start.
- Your services
- The towns you cover
- Your hours and prices
- The payment and financing you accept
- Your team
- Every page and article
- Your question bank
One knowledge base
Rebuilt every time your site updates
Your inbound calls
Setup for an AI phone assistant is built in, and it runs through the Mashore Method CRM & Automation. It answers from the same knowledge base, with an entry for every service you offer, the payment and financing you accept, and your question bank. Whether you book jobs on the phone or send people to your calendar, its script fits the way you work.
The chat on your site
It answers from your own content and nothing else, at any hour. When it doesn't know, it sends people to your contact page. It has limits, so it can't run up a bill while you sleep.
Any CRM or AI tool
The site also publishes everything it knows as one plain page written for machines, rebuilt on every update. A CRM knowledge base, a different phone assistant or any AI tool can read that page and know your business.
Search and AI answers
The same facts sit on your pages as structured data, so when someone nearby asks who to call, there's a clear, current answer with your name on it.
No guesses on the phone
Anything you haven't answered yet is left out, so a caller never hears a guessed price or a guessed hour read to them as a fact.
Phone, chat and pages agree
The knowledge base is rebuilt from your site every time the site updates. Fix an hour on a page, and your chat and your phone line say the new hour too.
In your words and theirs
Callers don't ask for a service name. They ask if you come out to their town, or if you offer financing. Your question bank is in your words and theirs, so the answer sounds like you on the phone.
How it works with BOSS
One loop: BOSS writes, your site publishes, your phone and chat answer from it.
- 1
BOSS drafts
BOSS puts 125 AI team members to work from your business brain: the answer to the question you hear on every job, the article for the season that's coming, the page for the town you want more work in. Nothing moves until you approve it.
- 2
Your site publishes
It goes out on a site you own, written so Google and AI assistants can read it, and it keeps working while you're out on jobs.
- 3
Your phone line learns it
Every page you publish becomes something your chat and your AI phone assistant can answer from, on the next update.
- 4
The CRM picks up the lead
When a caller or a visitor raises a hand, the lead lands in the Mashore Method CRM & Automation, and the follow-up starts there while you're still on the job.
Then the loop turns again. The question a customer asked you in their driveway goes in your question bank, BOSS writes the answer, and your site, your chat and your phone line all know it. That's how your town learns your name: not one big push, but a steady stream of clear answers.

The honest comparison
Why not just keep what you're using now?
Each of these does a job. Krista puts the difference simply: when you build everything through your own operating system, you own it. When you rent a platform, it owns you. Here's what each option costs you, and what your own site does instead.
Lead marketplaces and directories
- They can send you work this week.
- You pay for leads that may go to other businesses too, your profile builds their name instead of yours, and when you stop paying, the calls stop.
- Your own site builds a name your town keeps calling, under your own domain.
An answering service or voicemail
- Somebody, or something, picks up when you can't.
- They only know the script you handed them. Every time your hours, prices or services change, someone has to remember to tell them, and voicemail just loses the caller to the next business on the list.
- The AI phone assistant answers from the same knowledge base as your site, so update a page and your phone line knows it.
A drag-and-drop builder
- You own it, and you can get a decent page up fast.
- You're the writer, the web person and the one checking your hours are right, between jobs, and nobody answers the question that comes in at night.
- Your site is built from an interview, checked before launch, and answers for you.
A web agency
- A polished launch.
- The writing usually stops when the project ends, every change waits in someone else's queue, and some keep the site on their own account, so leaving can mean starting over.
- Here the accounts are yours from day one, and BOSS keeps writing.
“If they can't find you, or they can't read your website, it doesn't make a difference that you're actually answering the questions.”
Before she coached anyone, Krista ran a local service business. Her customers lived nearby, had to trust her before they called, and picked her over every other name in town. That's the lesson she teaches: the business people already know gets the call. The BOSS Website is that lesson, built into a site you own and a knowledge base your phone line can answer from.

What you do, and what it does
- Do the setup interview: your services, your towns, what customers ask you on the phone and what you'd never do on a job.
- Review the pages it builds, and fill any blanks it left instead of guessing.
- Give the final yes. The site doesn't launch without it.
- Writes and lays out every page, with the structured data underneath.
- Checks your trade's advertising rules where they're covered.
- Opens every page on a real phone-sized browser and checks it before launch.
- Rebuilds your knowledge base every time the site updates, so your chat and your phone assistant stay current.
- Puts every lead in your CRM, or in your inbox until the CRM is connected.
You run the jobs. Your site and your phone line keep up with you. You don't have to be a computer person for any of it.
Who it's for, and who it isn't
- The plumber, HVAC owner or electrician whose calls go to voicemail while the work gets done.
- The roofer whose customers research hard before they write one of the largest checks a homeowner writes.
- The cleaner, landscaper or auto shop that lives on repeat customers, referrals and reviews.
- The owner tired of paying for leads that also go to the competitor down the road.
- Owners with a crew who want one site, one set of answers, and every lead in one place.
- Anyone who wants a site with no input from them. You'll do the interview and sign off on what goes out.
- Anyone who wants to post their own star ratings. Reviews show only when they're real.
- Anyone who wants the phone answered without a CRM. The AI phone assistant runs through the Mashore Method CRM & Automation, so without it the site and the chat still work, but nobody picks up the phone for you.
- Anyone whose current site already brings in steady calls and who just wants the AI team. BOSS on its own works around the site you have.
Frequently asked questions
Is the website really mine?
Yes. The files sit in a GitHub account in your name, the site runs on a hosting account in your name, and the domain is yours. You pay those bills yourself, with no markup from us. Walk away from us one day and the site stays up, just as it is.
Can it actually pick up my inbound calls?
It can, once you switch it on. Setup for the AI phone assistant is built in, and it runs through the Mashore Method CRM & Automation. It answers from the same knowledge base as your site: an entry for each service, the payment and financing you accept, and your question bank. Its script adapts to whether you book jobs on the phone or on your calendar.
Will it tell a caller a price or an hour I never gave it?
No. Anything you haven't answered is left out of the knowledge base, so it's never read to a caller as a fact. And because the knowledge base is rebuilt every time your site updates, the phone line, the chat and the pages always say the same thing.
What if my hours or prices change?
Change them on the site and the knowledge base picks up the change on the next update. A weekly check also covers whether your hours, your prices and the payment and financing you accept on the site are still right.
What if I use another CRM?
Without the Mashore Method CRM & Automation connected, your leads arrive in your inbox by email. And since the site publishes everything it knows on one plain page written for machines, another CRM's knowledge base, or any AI tool that reads web pages, can learn your business from it. The built-in phone assistant setup does need the Mashore Method CRM & Automation.
I already have a website and a Google Business Profile. What happens to them?
Bring them with you. Your old posts can be imported, and your domain can point to the new site when you launch, so the address customers know stays the same. Your Google Business Profile gets a review-request routine to go with it.
Which website builder do you recommend?
Krista gets asked this at every event, and her answer is that she can't recommend one. The builder isn't what gets a local business recommended. What matters is whether Google and AI can find your site and read it, and most sites aren't built that way. The BOSS Website is built for exactly that, on accounts you own.
I'm not a computer person. Can I do this?
Yes. You talk about your own business in plain words, the way you'd explain it to a new hire, and Claude handles the technical side. When you get stuck, BOSS includes a live installation workshop, weekly coaching calls and office hours.
Will ChatGPT start recommending me?
No one can guarantee that, and anyone who does is selling something. What your site can do is make your business plain for Google and AI to read, and keep putting out clear answers to the questions your area asks. That's the honest way to earn a mention.
I serve several towns. Do I need a page for each one?
You choose: one page per town, or one deep page for your whole region. The launch check also holds pages that read too much alike, so you don't end up with copies that only swap the town name.
Be the business your town calls first.
Book a call and the team will walk you through BOSS on its own, or BOSS with the website.
