Any social media platform used correctly is an amazing way to generate any type of leads. Facebook ads will work for you if you know who your target audience is. Just make sure that you utilize it correctly. But how? Are Facebook ads the best way to find people to work with you in your establishment when you're recruiting?

Facebook ads work really, really well, as long as you know exactly who your audience is.

For example, if you're trying to recruit people to work with you in your establishment. Maybe you're looking for real estate agents, or maybe you're a multi-level marketer, and you're looking for people to join your organization or your downline. so to speak, it depends upon exactly where they are at coming in to join you.

How have you primed them and gotten them ready? Are you just throwing an ad at them and telling them to download or click or come join your company? Or are you warming them up? You need to massage them so to speak and get them to know you and to understand your brand. To really understand what your core values are, why they want to work with you. What makes working with you and your organization better than working with the person down the street or the company down the street.

How Can You Help?

What is the value to them? How are you going to help them? How are you going to add value to their life and their business, both personally and professionally? When you can answer those types of questions and people can feel that and see that from your establishment, Facebook ads are an amazing way to start recruiting for your company to have people work with you. But make sure that you do it right. Don't just go through an ad out there telling people to come and work with your organization. You want to give them reasons why. You want to make them really understand that they get your company and that they have the same core values, and they can see themselves working with you or for you for a very, very long time.

I personally think that any kind of social media platform used correctly as an amazing way to generate any type of lead, whether it's leads from consumers, whether it's leads to actually grow your business or your downline. It works fabulously as long as you utilize it correctly, develop a relationship with whoever you're going after first, give them a clear reason and a call to action to actually want to continue to engage with you, want to continue to watch you, and to develop a relationship with you so that when you start utilizing ads, they're more likely to convert, because they've made a connection with you.
