When I signed up with this program, one of the things that I was telling myself, I said, "I want to do ten deals, ten signs, in the next 30 days." I am about three days from that and I'm on seven signs as of right now, so the mindset is huge. I had no clue how I was gonna get there and it just started happening and all of a sudden I'm like, "Oh my gosh. Actually I'm pretty close to the goal."
I've got two listings right now that are coming soon listings that I just posted on Facebook, so I'm hoping that there's a couple deals that come from that and I'll be at nine. I'm pretty happy with that.
